No material can enter the “incoming material control area” missing the covering certificate for chemical and mechanical properties and related heat treatment diagram.

An ongoing and accurate check of raw materials, carefully selected and purchased from qualified suppliers only, tests and assures the perfection of the physical and mechanical features.

Upon acceptance of the material, a Heat Code is issued and printed on the piece to guarantee permanent identification.

During all processes, inspections are not limited to visual and dimensional checks, but include all other tests specifically requested such as: heat treatment, hardness, NDE, etc.
